Chris's wife Trisha was born in Champaign, Illinois on October 18, 1973. She grew up in Springfield, Illinois where she graduated from a small Christian school. Trisha was saved at the age of nine following AWANA club. She had heard during council time that she needed to receive Christ as her Savior and did so in her home that evening. Trisha was an active member of AWANA serving not only in the AWANA headquarters, but also on AWANA mission trips. Trisha had the honor of being one of the first females to be certified as a Referee for AWANA Olympics in South America. Trisha graduated with honors from Liberty University (where she and Chris met) with her teaching degree. Currently Trisha teaches at Central Elementary School in the New Philadelphia City School District; and received the 2007  Farm Bureau Teacher of the Year.  Her hobbies include scrap booking, used book shopping, sewing, and reading.

About Rev. Christopher Rhodes

Chris was born in Canton, Ohio on September 14, 1972. He grew up in Canton, where he graduated from McKinley Senior High School. Chris was saved at the age of five, after hearing his Sunday School teacher explain that he needed to accept Christ as Lord and Savior in order to spend Eternity with Jesus, shortly there after he was baptized and began his journey with Christ. Chris was an active and faithful member of Canton Baptist Temple until he was called to serve at Temple Baptist Church. Currently He serves as the Senior Pastor of the Dover Baptist Temple. Chris holds both a Master of Arts in Religion and a Masters of Divinity in Theology and Apologetics from Liberty Baptist Seminary. His hobbies include paintball, Fantasy Football, computer games (Marvel Avengers Alliance is his current “addiction”), cooking, and trying to read the three boxes of Star Trek books he was given.




Chris and Trisha also have two great kids, an English Bulldog, a bearded dragon, and three turtles.
